The first step is to schedule a buyer consultation.  During this consultation I will walk you through the steps of purchasing a home.  In this consultation I will also have you talk to one of my preferred lenders to discuss financing options. The very first thing before viewing home is to get pre approved.  Once pre approved we will know the parameters of the homes we can search (based on price point).  We will then set you up on a search in the criteria you are looking for and hit the ground running!
